8.6. Flow line for combined bleaching and dyeing of fabrics лкб-140
The line is designed for bleaching and dyeing gray viscose staple fabrics by a single-stage combined method or for preparing cotton fabrics for printing.
The line operates on the principle of bleaching and dyeing being combined into one technological process.
From a truck gray viscose staple fabric or prepared (kierboiled with lye) со I ton fabric passes through two three-roll padding mangles, or through the first padding mangle, an air ager and the second padding mangle in succession. In the padding mangles the fabric is impregnated with bleaching and dyeing solutions (either combined or separately) as required by the adopted treatment techniques.
For increasing the impregnation period, the fabric can be fed to an air ager arranged between the padding mangles.

Grey viscose the fabric from the cart through the refueling device passes consistently two baths 1 with bleaching and dyeing solution and steaming chamber 2 where is exposed long time.
At dyeing vat dyes the fabric after steaming is oxidized and shown by a solution of sulfuric acid in padding baths 3, then washed out in washing bath 5. After everyone padding and washing the fabric passes baths mangles 4.
At dyeing by direct dyes the fabric is washed out in padding and washing baths.
After washing the fabric is dried up in drying to the drum-type car 6, cooled in the special chamber and rolled in a roll by machine 7 or keeps within the cart by fabric stacker 8.

8.7. Rapidstretch
Is a machine designed to treat fabrics in rope form, specially those of high shrinkage without pre-setting, or those which due to its structure, or base fiber, are very sensible to friction, rope marks, crease marks, etc.
Fig. 8.16. General view of the machine
Main features:
1. Horizontal-inclined chamber meaning low liquor ratio, with sprinklers along the tube, optimizing the relaxation for heavy shrinkage fabrics, and having them constantly wet, and keeping the tube free of dyes or lint contamination.
2. Rope opening system with conical shape, ensures changing the position of the folds, and laying it correctly on the chamber, thus avoiding knots.
3. Techno type pump, high flow and variable pressure allowing a continuous regulation of the flow from very soft to high pressure.
4. Specially designed booster circulation speed up to 600 m/min.
5. Lower transport tube always full of liquor carrying the fabric relaxed and tensionless.
6. Internal spray nozzles, which maintain the machine clean and a uniform fabric temperature.
7. Intelligent Regulation System 3 avoids friction on the fabric, which could come from an incorrect adjustment of the inner reel related to the booster.
8. Fast rinsing system high performance, programmed by volume, saving process time and costs. It introduces clean water under pressure to the booster and sprinklers, draining automatically the dirty liquor, which does not re-circulate through the pump.
9. Filling and draining by pump reducing the process time.
10. Frontal loading and unloading easy and ergonomic handling.
11. Complete programming. All the process is controlled by the industrial PC MICROLOR 737 XL, easy to use thanks to the software developed by ATYC.
