e. g. She did not resemble anybody in the family.

(This question is asked about a person whom the inquirer probably does not know. In answer to this question the inquirer expects a description of the person's appearance.)

(This question is asked when the inquirer wants information either about the person's appearance or about his character or qualities, or both.)

I. Substitute the italicized word by another Word that may be used in the following word combinations without changing their meaning.

II. Give two or more English equivalents for:

III. Use compound adjectives instead of the italicized words. Make all the necessary changes in the sentence.
