When you are in a negative mood you tend to repel the positive people who do not want to be strained and drained and brought down by your negativity. And, when you are in a negative mood, you have a natural system set up to attract the other negative people to you who want to share their stories of their misery so the two of you can compare experiences to decide who has the worse life. Positive people help to bring us up. Negative people help to bring us down.

Summary

A good time management system integrates several skills including planning, prioritizing, goal setting, scheduling, and maximizing efficiency. The goal is to have a consistent set of tools that work well together. If you are new to time manage- ment,a useful approach is to identify your biggest problems first and start working on them. Time management cannot be mas- tered in just one sitting.In addition,as your goals evolve you will need new strategies.With continued refinement,you will master these strategies and get things done flawlessly and on time.
