Вы уже знаете, что ten-fifteen значит 10 часов 15 минут или четверть одиннадцатого (см. прим. 22 к этому уроку). По-английски это же время можно выразить как a quarter past ten - букв, четверть после десяти.

A quarter past seven - букв, четверть после семи (т.е. по-русски четверть восьмого.
