Hosted in the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, ICSBI’10 is an international conference with the aim to gather professionals from the domains of building and infrastructure; oil and gas; built environment; energy policy and legislature; business and investment to share knowledge and input on green technologies and current practices in the industry. With current concerns in carbon emissions during material preparation and building operations, the good practice of sustainable building and infrastructure is called upon to increase the efficiency of resources such as energy, water and materials.
With the theme of ‘Towards Sustainable Futures’, this conference will be a platform to discuss topics relating to:
Sustainable building and construction (technologies and techniques)
Sustainable infrastructure (including oil and gas sector)
Business and investment opportunities
Who should attend?
Local and international professionals involved in the sustainability aspect of engineering and technology fields who deal directly in the creation of building and infrastructure, namely:

Paper Submission
The paper must be written in English and contain: title of paper, authors’ name, affiliation, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussions, conclusions and references. Paper should be between six (6) to eight (8) pages. Sample paper is shown below (see figure 8).
Research papers, abstract and case studies are invited for the above International Conference. All full papers will be double blind peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN (online). It is guaranteed that all accepted papers will be published in our print and peer reviewed journals such as International Review of Engineering Research Papers, World Global Economy and others. “Best Paper Winners” will be selected from a block of 10 papers in each track and winners will receive Fellowship of the World Engineering Institute of USA. An author can present maximum of 2 papers. This conference is featured by guaranteed publication opportunity within six months, day-long mouth watering break-foods, lunch and conference dinner with many varieties of Arabian, English, Chinese and Indian foods and salads and friendly interactions with international delegates which should not be missed out!

Guidelines for Conference Papers
Papers must be between 3,000 and 3,500 words in length. A title of not more than fifteen words should be provided. All papers must conform to the following generic format: introduction, literature review and references.
Please send us your paper in Word format, not PDF files. Title of the paper is no more than 15 words, centred and in 16pt font. Author(s) name(s) appear below paper title in 14pt font and centred.
All text is justified. No space left at the beginning of the sentence of the new paragraph. Heading of the table or figure is provided on the top of the table or figure. Paper has been checked for grammar and spelling. References provided at the end in alphabetical order and 1cm hanging indent.
References should be complete and in Harvard style. They should contain full bibliographical details and journal titles should not be abbreviated. For multiple citations in the same year use a, b, c immediately following the year of publication. References should be shown within the text by giving the author's last name followed by a comma and year of publication all in round brackets, e.g. (Fox, 1994).
At the end of the article should be a reference list in alphabetical order as follows:
