Evaluation of management quality of enterprise finance problems
Lee Koyava
Novosibirsk State Academy of Economics and Management
For solving the problem of adaptation of the financial analysis to the accounting reporting of the enterprise the development of a technique of account of summary parameters is offered. At first, the financial analysis with book keeping and reporting was connected. Then, financial possibilities of the enterprise for analyzed period were evaluated. At the same time, we analyzed quality of management of the finance of the enterprise. Finally, the influence of a modification of the analytical accounts on the significance of the analysis outcomes was shown.
There are many ways to organize an analysis paragraph. The following order shows one way:
Step 1: State your opinion about the subject. This is your topic sentence.
Step 2: Give a reason to support your opinion.
Step 3: Explain how the reason supports your opinion. This is the analysis.
You can repeat Step 1 and Step 2 in the same paragraph if you have more than one reason. Learn the following example and notice these points in the passage:
The opinion statement in the first sentence.
A reason that supports the opinion.
A very complete analysis of the reason.
Toyota’s labor capacity optimization system
Vladimir s. Blinov Novosibirsk State Technical University
Applying manufacturers’ experience could be useful for Novosibirsk machine-building enterprises. It is so because Toyota sees great cost-reduction potential in international logistics-especially. For example, Toyota has begun picking up pats from suppliers in small lots and is bringing them to Japan in daily shipments instead of large lots in weekly shipments. That cuts back the amount of inventories that must be maintained in Japan. Also, by clearing containers through customs fully loaded, Toyota is eliminating the need-and-cost bonded warehouses.
In a paragraph of comparison, you write about the similarities and differences between two things or ideas. One way to do this is to begin with your main idea in a topic sentence and then list the similarities and next the differences. When you write about the differences, discuss one point first and then the other. It’s important to give specific support after each general statement. You can use the technique of dramatic contrast to reinforce the point you are making. Learn the example.
In the eighties the shelf-life of a new PC was three years, these days it might be obsolete in three months.
People are very aware of simple opposites: good and bad, past and present, us and them. And a lot of famous quotations take the form of dramatic contrasts. Learn the example.
Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools because they have to say something (Plato).
From the following theses notice the use of transition expressions for contrast.
Resources-economy technologies at repair of rolling stock Boris d. Malozyomov
Novosibirsk State University
The material inputs on repair and maintenance service of the rolling stock of a trolley bus make the basic pat of expenses of a Trolleybus Park (topic sentence).
Today in all trolleybus parks there exists a uniform system of scheduled preventive work of maintenance service and repairs. This system of repairs is inefficient on many parameters (general statement).
Among them – the average terms of regulation works, which do not depend on conditions of operation of each trolley bus; the absence of the flexible approach at drawing up of the schedules of repairs; the rigid realization of repair work (specific support).
In contrast, the new form of organization of repair work – repair on requirement – was offered (general statement).
It is based on the necessary units and mechanisms are under repair. Other units remain unpack. Thus the economic expenses are reduced. Only in one trolleybus park of Novosibirsk it was possible to reduce expenses for a trolleybus line by 15-20 % (specific support).
