Working relationship is essential part of each organization. American researchers say that in most successfully managed organizations communications are extremely good. They have vast network of informal open communications and can meet to discuss things openly and informally.
Some problems come across this issue:
Communication problems sometimes occur when employees misinterpret what their managers tell them.
Moreover, staff does not always feel free to come and discuss important matters with their superiors, especially when things are not going well.
To improve work relationship, achieve goals and create excellent communications organization should:
Try to break down the barrier between managers and employees, by reducing the social divisions between them within the company.
They should design work places in such a way that people frequently come into contact with each other.
Finally, managers should encourage staff to ask questions and to react to what managers are saying. Feedback is essential.
As for me, I also prefer being straight-lined about work and always tell what I think. I understand that it can cause troubles, but people would respect you and nobody would use your lie against you.

When psychologists and other researchers first studied leadership, they tried to find an answer to the question: “Were there specific traits which made leaders different from other people?” The results of the research were disappointing. It became clear that there was not a set of qualities distinguishing leaders from non-leaders.
Some studies suggested that leaders were more intelligent, more self-confident, had better judgement than other people. But, it was pointed out that many people with these traits do not become leaders. And, moreover, many leaders do not have such traits.
It is generally agreed now that you cannot say a person is leader because he/she possesses a special combination of traits. All you can say is that some qualities, like above-average intelligence and deci[ай]siveness, are often associated with leaders.

Despite fighting for equal rights worldwide the situation is still far from ideal and Woman in business still face discrimination.
Activist fighting for equal rights try to solve sexual discrimination and there are some results in Western companies where more top positions are fitted by women. In Russia the situation is far from ideal.
In our country woman are last to be hired and first to fired. Risk factors as age are strongly considered. There are widespread stereotype holds that woman of childbearing age will devote more time and attention to their work. But at the age of 45 woman are considered being too close to retirement and not active to start the carrier.
In Russia we have very patriarchal mentality. When firing, women are the first as men are the ones who support the families. But actually nowadays every third child is raised by one parent and more often by woman.
Moreover woman are paid less for the same work
To fight against sexual discrimination activists develop special laws, one of them passed to the first reading in Duma. They try to change society attitude to this question. So that in the future employer could go straight to the court for discrimination.
We can see some changes in our society women waiting longer to get married and have children giving themselves time for study and the beginning of the carrier instead. Moreover, in major cities woman have access to the well paid job.
Despite all this changes in Russia situation is not the same as in the West and usually woman are successful in business thanks to relatives, husbands and fathers.
