7.4Lost Phone Activation Screen
The “Lost Phone Activation Screen” enables LPF subscribers to report a lost phone and activate the Lost Phone Finder application. After the initial session, subscribers dealing with a lost phone will go directly to the “Lost Phone Control Screen”.
Description of lost phone recovery process, recommendations, and limitations
Activation Wizard
Specify callback number (prevent entry of lost phone’s number!)
Specify 4-digit unlock code (require some complexity)

Display connection progress i.e.

If unable to lock and/or locate phone:
Report specific problem – i.e. phone turned off or out of coverage, phone on voice call, phone set to E911-only, etc.

7.5“Help Me Find My Phone” Screen
The “Help Me Find My Phone” is the initial screen for subscribers that have reported a lost phone and have completed the initial application activation process. It allows them to repeat operations that occurred in the initial activation, including find the phone, ring the phone, and view other service-related status.
