The name of the company, brand, logotype and slogan

The name of our company is ‘LZK’ ,which comes from the capital letters of the three founders and shareholders of the company.

‘LZK’ launches milk production under two brands: ‘Ot babulyi’ and ‘Bogatirenok’.

Ot babulyi launches products like milk,kefir,sour cream,cottage cheese and yoghurt. And Bogatirenok launches products enriched with vitamins which are intended mainly for kids.(Fruit yoghurts etc).

Our logotype are three united hearts while our slogan is ‘’From heart with love!’’

Our aim, mission and vision

Our aim is to conquest the market and increase the number of clients at least 5 times by 2018.So far, we work only on the territory of St.Petersburg and Leningrad oblast, so we tend to broaden our borders of selling milk production also to the whole European part of Russia, as well to Ukraine and Belarus.

Our mission is to provide St.Petersburg and Leningrad oblast with milk production which has a good influence on life and health of our customers.

Our vision is to become one of the leading companies concentrated on milk production in Russia by the 1st January 2023, with the offices in 24 cities in the European part of Russia. Headquarters and the main factory would remain in St.Petersburg as it was before.

Organisational form of law is public limited company as we find this kind of form more acceptable for our company, because it simplifies buying and selling of shares and it does not limit the number of shareholders. The place of registration of the company is Federal Taxation Service of Russian Federation, while the shares are registered at the Central Moscow Depositary. Our consulting company is Megapolis Consulting.

LZK has its account opened in VTB bank.

The shareholders of the main packet of shares are the founders of company(30% belongs to each),and the rest (10%) belongs to the other shareholders which is in total 750 people, and those shares are constantly being resold on the stock exchange. Nominal cost of one share at the moment of foundation of the company was 25 rubles. Market cost today is 29,73 rubles.

Board of directors is consisted of seven people : Chairman of the board of directors, Assistant director, Executive director of LZK, Commercial director of LZK, General director of LZK and two other people.

Procurement department is one of the main subdivisions where we bring decisions about buying input materials, make contracts etc. This department is consisted of seven people: Manager of department, Commercial Agent, Manager of logistics and four office workers.

Production is one of the main departments of the company, which makes around 75% of the whole territory of company. Three departments make the structure of production : Department 1-where the pasteurization and manufacturing of milk are done, and one part of them goes packing as a finished product (Milk ‘Ot babulyi’),and one part goes to Departments 2 and 3 for the further processing; Department 2- Where cottage cheese and Yoghurts ‘Ot babulyi’ as well as Yoghurts ‘Bogatirenok’ are produced; Department 3- Where Cream and Yoghurt ‘Ot babulyi’ are produced. Then,from those three departments the finished production goes to Packing 1 and Packing 2. Staff Executive director, five heads of Departments 1,2,3 and Packing 1,2 with their deputies and working staff,which includes 330 people.

Marketing department is divided into two groups : 1)The group of marketing researches, analysis and planning of marketing activity; 2) The group of forwarding products and leading them to consumers. The first group consists of : Manager, Senior analyst-researcher, Analyst-researcher and Economist-analyst. The second group consists of Managers, Analyst of forwarding products and Analyst of sales.

Sales department – It forwards production to the markets, provides quality service, prepares information for marketing department about the sales and preferences of consumers and negotiates with final consumers and trade negotiators. Staff- Head of sales department,His deputy and Sales department Manager.

Finances and accounting - The tasks of this department are : Accounting organization of economical acitivity and control of economical utilization of material, labour and financial resources as well as safety of property. Staff is affirmed by general director and it consists of following groups : Accounting group of fundamental funds and non-material assets, Accounting group of finished production and its realization, Group of financial-calculated operations, Group of calculations with company workers, Group of summary calculations and accountability, Group of financial control and audit.

Safety service – It’s main task is to provide safety of company and production and to protect commercial, industrial, financial and other information from it’s possible leak and different ill-intentioned activities from competitors.

IT Department - It’s main tasks are: Development of IT in the frames of business, Maintenace of network of the company in operational conditions, Providing uninterrupted work of user’s equipment, Programming and functional development of software. Staff is consisted of a Head of department and three collaborators.

Management contol consists of : 1) Company Administration (General director, Commercial director, Executive director, Secretary-Adviser); 2)Personnel Department (Head of Personnel Department and two collaborators); 3)Junior Service Staff (13 workers).

The basic input material which is purchased and used in the factory during the production is milk. The other subsidiary input materials are: sugar, whey, buttermilk, barm, kefir fungi, fruit fillers, cacao powder, food additions, stabilizer and water.

Milk production market is one of the most important parts of food market. The consumption of milk products per head has increased for the last few years. Our company has been supplying high quality milk production for 3 years and it has managed to prove it’s place on the food market and secure the faith of consumers.

Milk production market has a big competition. The main business rivals of our company are : «Петмол», «Пискаревское», «Клевер», «Веселый молочник», «Чудо», «Простоквашино», «Домик в деревне», «Тема».According to the prices of milk products of the companies mentioned above, we can see that milk «От бабули» has a considerably lower price, approximately from 10 to 25% lower.

Our products ‘Ot babulyi’ are for all people, and products ‘Bogatirenok’ are intended for children and teenagers.

Strategy of development

We are going to establish 10 new plants in cities form the European part of Russia, notably: in Veliky Novgorod, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Voroneg, Syctivcar, Postov-na-Donu, Groznyi, Nalchic, Vladikavkaz and Kazan.

Our company is also going to export milk products into The Ukraine.

We make our products with care of consumers, so we suppose that people would like to buy our milk products.
