2. Під час сеансів лікування, які, по суті, є репетицією певних видів поведінки, психотерапевт заохочує пацієнта поводитися так, ніби останній перебуває у стані афекту.
3. Приховані почуття гніву та образи призводять до виникнення стану патологічної тривоги.
4. У методі навчання, направленого на формування позитивного стану до життя, використовуються два підходи. Один направлений на приглушення тривоги, пов’язаної з певними ситуаціями. Інший ─ на позитивне закріплення певних навичок через систему заохочень.
