C - Good afternoon. This is Mrs. Ivanova.

B - Good afternoon! I’m calling you to inform that we investigated thoroughly your advertising literature and decided to accept your proposal.

C - Thank you, Mrs. Riskova. I’m very glad to hear it.

B - I’m planning to come to Washington and discuss with you the main points of our agreement in detail.

C - When are you going to come?

B - On Friday next week.

C - It’s fine. I would like to recommend the Moon Hotel. It’s very nice, comfortable and moderately priced hotel. Shall we reserve a room for you?

B - Yes, if it isn’t too much trouble. I would like to book a single suit with bath, TV set for 5 nights.

C - OK. Good buy.

B - Good buy.

D - Hello. The Moon Hotel. Can I help you?

C - Yes. I would like to reserve a single suit with bath and TV set for 5 nights, from Friday, the 6th of June, to Tuesday, the 11th of June, inclusive. And one more thing, I would like to book accommodation overlooking the quite street.

D - Just a moment… Yes madam. A single suit with bath and TV set for five nights overlooking the quite street with bed and breakfast. Is that right?

C - Yes, that’s right. Besides, I would like a room for not more than 200 $ per night.

D - We have single suits available with price from 100 to 300 $.

C - It suits me.

D - What is your name, please?

C - It’s for Mrs. Riskova.

D - Could you spell it, please?

C - Yes, of course. R I S K O V A

D - Thank you.

C - Shall I send a deposit?

D - No. It isn’t necessary.

C - Good buy.

D - Good buy.

E - Good morning. What can I do for you?

B - Good morning. I have a single suit booked at your hotel.

E - What is your name, please?

B -Mrs. Riskova.

E - Just a moment. I’ll check. Yes. A single suit with bath, TV set and bed and breakfast for five nights. Is that right, madam?

B - Yes, that’s right. And one more thing, my accommodation must be facing the quite street.

E - Yes, of course. Fill in this check – in card, please: full name, your place of birth, address, opportunity and sign here. Thank you. Here is your key. Suit 549, it’s on the 5th floor. The lift is over there. A porter will have your things sent up.

B - Thank you. What time is breakfast?

E - Any time between 7 and 10. Where are you going to have breakfast, madam, in your room or in the restaurant?

B - I’d rather have it the restaurant.

E - OK. Good buy. Have a good time.

B - Good buy. Thank you.
