1. Инверсия после отрицательных наречий более распространена в формальной речи и на письме. Наречие должно стоять в начале простого предложения или придаточного.

2. Интонация несёт важную смысловую нагрузку в вопросительных вставках. Восходящая интонация означает вопрос с целью выяснить информацию, нисходящая – подтверждение уже известной информации.

3. Инверсия с глаголами come и go более неформальна.
