Types of Management Style

Management process is to plan, organize, lead and control. In a complex business environment today, the (рабочая обстановка) varies according to the situation and people (поведение). So you need to understand this and apply the most appropriate management style.

Each of the management style has its unique (черты).

In the autocratic management style, you give instruction to your (персонал) to perform certain task without getting opinion or making consultation. Although (решения) made are fast and prompt without involving others, work is usually completed (вовремя). However this type of style may create a work environment where the staff is less (мотивированный) and build up a “wait for boss instruction” syndrome. (Авторитарный стиль управления) is the most (эффективный) in the situation when immediate decision must be made, foe example, crisis, fire, or emergency.

The democratic management style (побуждает) a manager to delegate the task to his staff. This style (вовлекает) other people to get things done. A democratic style of management must come along with (ответственность) and it works more effectively when (полномочия) to perform the task is granted at the same time. One important characteristic of this style of management is that the staff must be given authority and must be (компетентный) enough to perform the task. (Демократический стиль управления) is the most suitable if you want to train up your staff to make certain decisions.
