Заключение
Данное пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся по направлению «Юриспруденция». В нем освещены основные лексические и грамматические темы в соответствии с рабочей программой по курсу английского языка в сфере юриспруденции для очного, очно-заочного, заочного и дистанционного обучения.
Учебное пособие организовано по принципу «от простого - к сложному», так что студенты могут постепенно переходить на следующий уровень владения материалом, самостоятельно задавая темп освоения. Предлагаемый учебный материал мотивирует студентов к активной учебной деятельности, предоставляет им возможность активизировать свои языковые и коммуникационные навыки и задействовать свой профессиональный и личный опыт в изучении тем.
При выборе текстов и упражнений авторы пособия ориентировались на современные требования к уровню владения иностранным языком и профессиональную лексику и за основу взяли форматы заданий, которые соответствуют стандартным требованиям и формируют соответствующие компетенции.
Разнообразные виды упражнений для индивидуальной и групповой работы помогают эффективнее усвоить учебный материал. В пособии есть тренировочные упражнения по каждому разделу изучаемых грамматических тем во всех лексических темах курса, а после контрольных заданий (также после каждого раздела) в конце пособия есть краткий грамматический справочник для повторения теоретического материала по грамматике.
Таким образом, данное учебное пособие привлекает практической ценностью, состоящей в подборе текстового материала, четким единообразием построения, разными видами заданий и разработанными к каждому разделу лексико-грамматическими тестами.
