ESUME
Changes that take place in social life, science, and technology reflect in lexical structure of every language, including English. New concepts, meanings, subjects appear. It demands new names and titles, which have not existed earlier. Process of new words' formation is endless.
Replenishment of English vocabulary occurs by different models of proper system of new words’ formation, by means of adoption ready units from other languages and also at the expense of extension of already existed meanings of the words.
The subject of the research work is the derivational and structural peculiarities of neologisms inpolitical and social spheres.
Actuality. Problem of formation and usage of neologisms will be keeping while the progress exists, as the necessity of name new concepts and subjects won't disappear and, consequently, new titles must be studied.
The aim of investigation is that specific instances of neologisms trace of internal features, trends and patterns of development of a new socio–political lexicon period of 90–ies of XX – beginning XXI century.
Object of the work is the neologisms in political and social spheres.
Subject of investigationis the neologism – new word or phrase, which means new concept.
Structure of the work: the research consists of introduction, theoretical and practical parts, conclusions, resume annexes and list of used literature.
Chapter 1 of the given research work discloses theoretical issues related to the mechanism of language development.
Chapter 2 gives an accurate characteristic of morphological and non–morphological types of word formation employed to form the neologisms. There were picked out the most productive methods of word–formation: Word–adding (complicated nouns, complicated adjectives and complicated verbs). Affixation (productive affixes). Word–shorting (abbreviations, acronyms, cutting words).
Chapter 3 gives the sources of origin of neologisms in a socio–political sphere.
