Вопросы для повторения и обсуждения

  1. Если вы работаете, приведите какой-нибудь пример источника угрозы здоровью и безопасности на вашем рабочем месте и дайте по крайней мере один практический совет по его устранению, основанный на том, что вы узнали об обучении технике безопасности и ее стимулировании. В качестве альтернативы приведите какой-нибудь пример, который вы наблюдали в ресторане, магазине, на станции техни­ческого обслуживания или в какой-либо иной сфере деятельности.

  2. Расскажите о достоинствах как индивидуальных, так и институциональных (при­нятых организацией — работодателем или OSHA) мер по защите здоровья и безо­пасности работников. Как вписываются в ваш рассказ «невезучая личность» и «личность типа А»?

  3. Назовите несколько стрессоров, имеющихся в вашем учебном заведении, у вас дома или на работе, и коротко расскажите о вашей реакции на них. Если вашей реакци­ей является дистресс, как вы можете уменьшить его или устранить? Если это не дистресс, какие личностные и внешние факторы, по вашему мнению, способствуют вашей толерантности?

4. Предположим, вас только что назначили на недавно введенную должность заве­дующего отделом оздоровления работников: а) в большом городском универмаге, б) на предприятии тяжелого машиностроения, в) в крупной банковской организа­ции. Опишите вашу новую оздоровительную программу, не забыв включить в нее вопросы, касающиеся участия в ней работников и ее оценки. Вы можете произ­вольно выбрать общие характеристики рабочей силы, но они должны быть вами указаны.
