Studying the words
An appeal (n) – просьба, обращение
To make an appeal to smb for smth – обращаться к кому-либо за чем-либо
To make an appeal for help – молить о помощи
Argumentative (adj) – любящий спорить

To bind (bound - bound) (v) – обязывать (законом), связывать (договором)
