XIV Agree or disagree with the following statements. Use the words from Appendix 1.

1 All day long Mary Poppins was calm, nice and friendly.

8. What is the main idea of the chapter, in your opinion?

XVI Make up dialogues between:

  • Michael and Jane discussing the human Zoo;

  • Two animals discussing their life in the Zoo.

Use the phrases from Appendix 3.

XVII Give the retelling of the text as if you were:

  • One of the kids;

  • Mary Poppins;

  • One of the animals.
