User Management
Editing User Profiles
Ht If you have not already done so, open the User Management menu by touching the USER H key.
t To go to the Edit menu, touch Edit in the user selection. y The selection of edit functions is displayed.
hWhich options for editing user profiles are available depends on whether or not you have Administrator rights. The following table shows who can carry out which changes to user profiles. Accordingly, the displays shown in this section may differ from your screen because the administrator view is always shown here.

Changing User Profiles
tSelect Modify.
tIf you are an administrator, you must now select the profile that you want to change and touch Next.
yThe overview of all settings for this profile is displayed. You can now select and change the parameters one by one.
or
tIf you want to use the automatic user guide (step-by-step), touch Wizard. Now all setting options will be displayed one by one to be changed.
tTouch Next.
tIf required, change the user name and description.
tTouch Save.
y The user profile has been changed. The display changes to the user selection.
Copying User Profiles
hThis function can only be carried out by an administrator.
hWhen you copy a user profile with password protection, the password is not transferred to the copy, rather it is deleted.
t Select Copy.
yAll available user profiles are displayed. t Select the profile that you want to copy. t Touch Next.
t Enter a new name and description for the copied user profile. t Touch Save.
yThe display switches to the user selection in which the new profile is displayed.

Deleting User Profiles
hThis function can only be carried out by an administrator.
t Select Delete.
y All available user profiles are displayed.
tSelect the profiles that you want to delete and touch Next. or
tIf you want to delete all profiles, touch All.
y All profiles selected for deletion are displayed in a security prompt.
tIf you want to change your selection, touch No. or
tConfirm the deletion with Yes.
Changing or Deleting Own Password
tIf you haven’t already done so, activate your own user profile.
tTouch Edit. in the user selection.
tSelect Change or delete own password.
tTo change the password, touch Yes.
tTouch both buttons one after the other and enter the new password twice.
or
tTo delete the password, touch No.
tTouch Next.
y The display switches to the selection of change functions.
Deleting Other User Passwords
hThis function is only available to an Administrator.
tActivate your own profile.
tTouch Edit in the user selection.
tSelect Delete other passwords.
y An overview of all users with passwords is displayed.
tSelect all users whose passwords you want to delete and touch Next.
or
tIf you want to delete all passwords, touch All.
yAll users whose passwords you selected are displayed in a security prompt. t If you want to change your selection, touch No.
or
t Confirm the deletion with Yes.
yThe display switches to the overview of user settings.
