The Present Perfect

The Present Perfect употребляется для выражения завершенного действия, результат которого очевиден на данный момент. Часто употребляется со следующими индикаторами времени: just – только что, already – уже, yet – еще (в отрицательном предложении), уже (в вопросительном предложении), never – никогда, ever – когда-либо, today – сегодня, this week – на этой неделе, since – с ... , с тех пор как, lately – недавно, в последнее время.

have / has + V_ed (V_{3 форма})

Утвердительная форма

I/you/ we/they	have	worked
he/she/it	has

Отрицательная форма

I/you/ we/they	have not (haven’t)	worked
he/she/it	has not (hasn’t)

Вопросительная форма

Have	I/you/ we/they	worked?
Has	he/she/it

Примечание: На русский язык глаголы в форме the Present Perfect переводятся глаголами прошедшего времени совершенного вида.

Например:

1. He told me his name but I have forgotten it. – Он называл мне свое имя, но я забыл его.

2. The road is closed. There has been an accident. – Дорога закрыта. Здесь произошел несчастный случай.

3. Has it stopped raining yet? – Дождь уже прекратился?

The Past Perfect

The Past Perfect употребляется для выражения действия, которое совершилось до определенного момента в прошлом. Этот момент может быть понятен из контекста или определен индикаторами времени: by 5 o’clock – к пяти часам, by Saturday – к субботе, by the end of the week – к концу недели, by that time – к тому времени.

Также употребляется для выражения действия, завершившегося до другого действия в прошлом, выраженного глаголом в the Past Simple. The Past Perfect переводится на русский язык прошедшим временем глагола совершенного, а иногда и несовершенного вида, в зависимости от смысла предложения.
