Disjunctive question
Разделительный вопрос
Это вопрос, который состоит из 2-х частей, одна из них – утвердительная, другая – отрицательная.
Переводится с помощью слов: не так ли? не правда ли?
It’s spring, isn’t it?
They aren’t studying French, are they?
You can do this exercise, can’t you?
It isn’t morning, is it?
Первая часть вопроса отделяется запятой, потом ставится вспомогательный глагол, который нужен для образования вопроса в первой части. После глагола стоит местоимение. Если первая часть утвердительная, вторая – отрицательная, и наоборот.
They never saw him, did they?
He will come tomorrow, won’t he?
She speaks English, doesn’t she? – Yes, she does (No, she doesn’t)

Real and unreal condition
Реальное и нереальное условие
В условных предложениях могут быть союзы: if, providing, provided, on condition that, in case, unless.
3 типа предложений:
Real Condition
главное предложение: will + I from
придаточное: если + Present Simple
We will go for a walk, if the weather is fine
Unreal Condition (Present and Future)
главное предложение: would + I form
придаточное: если + Past Simple

Unreal Condition (in the Past)
главное предложение: would have + III form
