Сослагательное I

Эти грамматические формы обозначают требуемое, необходимое действие.

Слова: necessary – необходимо, important – важно, desirable – желательно, urgent – срочно, и глаголы в Пассиве и Активе: to order - приказывать, to demand - требовать, to recommend - советовать, to suggest - предлагать, to request - требовать, to insist - настаивать, to advise - советовать.

Вышеперечисленное используется со словом that.

lest - чтобы не (без that).

Образование Suppositional mood

should + I form

It is necessary that you should study it – Необходимо, чтобы Вы выучили это.

(используя инфинитив: It is necessary for you to study it – Необходимо, чтобы Вы выучили это)

Mother closed the window lest the child should catch cold – Мать закрыла окно, чтобы ребенок не простудился.

They bought a new house lest they should live to closely – Они купили новый дом, чтобы не жить в тесноте.

I form (инфинитив без окончания)
