1. Subject of the Agreement
The Company renders tour services to the Customer according to its typical programmes and individual requests as per conditions and amounts stated in the voucher.
Cost of the voucher, form and terms of payment
Cost of the services stated in the tour voucher is determined on the basis of price-lists approved by the Company’s Directorate.
When signing of the present Agreement the Customer pays not less than 50 % (fifty percent) of the total cost offered for the vaucher. The Payment can be made in roubles or in foreign currency according to the routine not contradicting the laws in force.
Пересчет валютной стоимости туристской путевки в рубли осуществляется на основании единого договорного соотношения цен в рублях и иностранной валюте, установленного дирекцией Компании на день оплаты. Подтверждением оплаты служат квитанции к приходно-кассовым ордерам, банковские платежные документы, а также иные платежные документы, принятые в международной банковской практике безналичных расчетов.
Ввиду того, что Компания после получения заказа от Клиента приступает к работе по оформлению виз, бронированию авиабилетов, гостиниц, а также обеспечению других услуг, связанных с поездкой, Клиент оплачивает не менее 50 % стоимости поездки за 28 дней до ее начала или в течение трех дней после подтверждения гостиницы. Полная оплата путевки должна быть произведена не позднее, чем за 14 дней до начала поездки.
При расчете Клиента в рублях оплата путевки считается полной лишь в том случае, если рублевый эквивалент, оплаченный Клиентом на основании единого договорного соотношения цен в рублях и валюте, соответствует валютной стоимости по прейскуранту Фирмы.
ConversiQn of the tour voucher cost in currency into roubles is made on the basis of united contractual ratio of prices in roubles and in foreign currency fixed by the Company’s Directorate on the day of payment. Receipts to the credit-cash slips, bank payment documents as well as other payment documents accepted in the international bank practice of clearing transactions are considered to confirm the payment.
In view of the fact that after receiving the Customer’s request the Company starts to make visa arrangements, air flight and hotel booking as well as to provide other services connected With the travel the Customer pays not less than 50 % of the travel cost 28 days beforehand or during the days after confirmation from the hotel. Total payment is to be made not later than 14 days before the beginning of the trip.
When thé Customer pays in roubles the payment is considered to be total only in the case when the equivalent cost in roubles paid by the Customer on the basis of the united contractual ratio of prices in roubles and in foreign currency corresponds to the voucher price in currency as per the Company’s price-list.

Компания (как туроператор) несет ответственность за тщательную подготовку поездки и контроль за деятельностью непосредственных исполнителей, подбор туристских услуг (транспортных компаний, гостиниц, гидов и т. д.); выполнение всех условий поездки согласно туристскому ваучеру и каталогам Компании, а также за надлежащее исполнение условий настоящего Договора.
Компания не отвечает за возможные неточности, допущенные в гостиничных И других рекламных материалах, так как они изготовлены без ее участия и используются в работе Компании как вспомогательные материалы.
Компания не отвечает за возможные нарушения и действия, которые не входят в сферу ее компетенции, а именно:
изменения в расписании авиарейсов;
дополнительные услуги, не предусмотренные в каталогах и туристском ваучере Компании;
потеря и повреждение багажа;
действия консульских служб, таможенных и иммиграционных властей.

Responsibilities of the Parties and other terms
The Company (as a tour operator) bears responsibility for thorough preparation of the travel and for control of the activities of actual performers, for tour services selection (transporting companies, hotels, guides etc.), for fulfillment of all travel conditions according to the tour voucher and the Company’s catalogues, as well as for proper execution of terms of the present Agreement.
The Company is not responsible for possible inaccuracies made in the hotel advertising prospects and other advertising materials as they have been issued with no Company participation and are used in the Company’s work as auxiliary materials.
The Company is not responsible for possible infringements and actions not entering the scope of the Company’s competence, namely the following:
changes in the flight timetable;
additional services not stipulated in catalogues and tour voucher of the Company;
loss and damage of luggage;
actions of consular service es, customs and immigration authorities.

После полной оплаты путевки Компания накануне поездки вручает Клиенту в офисе Компании туристский ваучер и другие документы, необходимые для поездки, а именно, авиабилеты и паспорта.
Клиент обязан своевременно произвести оплату поездки и предоставить необходимые документы для оформления визы, авиабилетов и других проездных документов.
Клиент обязан внимательно изучить условия настоящего Договора и выполнять их в целях успешного осуществления туристской поездки. Все возможные убытки и расходы, вызванные несоблюдением этих условий, несет Клиент.
Аннуляция и изменение условий поездки
Клиент может отказаться от поездки в любое время до ее начала, уведомив Компанию о своем отказе в письменной форме. Датой аннуляции поездки считается дата получения Компанией соответствующего заявления Клиента.

After full payment for the voucher the Company hands over the tour voucher and other documents necessary for the tour, namely, air tickets and passports, in the Company office on the eve of the tour.
The Customer is to make timely payment for the trip and to present documents necessary for making visa, booking of air tickets and preparation of other travelling documents.
The Customer is to study the terms of the present Agreement thoroughly and to fulfill them to ensure successful tour. The Customer bears all possible losses and expenses induced by non-fulfillment of these terms.
Cancellation and changing of the tour conditions
The Customer can renounce the tour any time before its beginning by written notification of the Company about his (her) renouncement. The date of corresponding notification receiving by the Company from the Customer is considered to be cancellation date.
В случае отказа от поездки по любым причинам Компания, в соответствии с обстоятельствами, указанными в п. 2.4 настоящего Договора, удерживает следующие штрафы:
при отказе за 27—21 день до вылета — 20 % стоимости путевки;
за 20—14 дней до вылета — 40 % стоимости путевки;
за 13—5 дней до вылета — 80 % стоимости путевки;
менее чем за 5 дней до вылета — 100 % стоимости путевки.
При калькуляции штрафа за отказ от поездки применяется положение п. 2.3 настоящего Договора.
Если поездка не состоялась ввиду отказа в выдаче визы Клиенту со стороны консульских служб, в связи с решением иммиграционных или таможенных служб страны назначения или Российской Федерации, либо несоответствия общегражданского загранпаспорта требованиям иммиграционных служб, Компания не несет ответственности за срыв поездки. В этих случаях применяется положение п. 4.2 настоящего Договора.
Если Клиент желает изменить условия ранее заказанной поездки, а именно — дату вылета, гостиницу, то
