Agreement For tour servicing

The tourist Company ” ”
In a person of Director Gener- al acting on the basis of
the Charter, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, on the one part, and hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”, on the other part, have agreed on the following:
General Provisions
By making of tour vaucher the Company and the Customer are thus concluding between themselves the Agreement for tour servicing. By this the Company undertakes the obligations to book air flights, hotel, transportation and excursion services портных и экскурсионных услуг, оказываемых зарубежными туристскими фирмами, и по оформлению соответствующих перевозочных документов, подтверждающих бронирование и оплату туристских услуг, составляющих заказанный Клиентом тур. Клиент, со своей стороны, принимает на себя обязательства по оплате полной стоимости туристской путевки, включая возможные штрафы за отказ тура.
Предмет Договора
Компания предоставляет Клиенту туристские услуги согласно своим типовым программам и индивидуальным заявкам Клиента в соответствии с условиями и объемом, указанными в путевке.
Стоимость и оплата туристской путевки
Определение цены туристской путевки производится сотрудником Фирмы на основании каталога гостиниц.
Полная оплата туристской путевки должна быть произведена не позднее, чем за 17 дней до начала тура.
При изменении стоимости тура по причинам, не зависящим от Фирмы (изменение тарифов, обменного курса валют, визовых и аэропортовых сборов и т. д.) Клиент имеет право или отказаться от поездки, или доплатить указанную сумму.
which are rendered by foreign travel companies as well as to make corresponding transportation documents and the documents confirming booking and paying for the tour services included into the tour ordered by the Customer. The Customer, on his (her) part, undertakes the obligation for full payment of the tour voucher including possible penalties for the tour renouncement.
Subject of the Agreement
The Company renders tour services to the Customer in accordance with its typical programmes and individual requests of the Customer as per the terms and amounts stated in the voucher.
Cost and payment for the tour voucher
Cost definition of the tour voucher is made by the Company’s employee on the basis of the hotel catalogue.
Full payment is to be made not later than 17 days before the beginning of the tour.
If the tour cost has changed due to reasons which do not depend on the Company (namely, changing of tariffs, currency rates, visa and air terminals charges etc.) the Customer has a right to cancel the tour or to pay the stated sum additionally.
Оплата производится в рублях по курсу ММВБ + 3 % при оплате за наличный расчет и 5 % — за безналичный расчет.
Паспорт и визы
При бронировании тура Клиент передает Фирме свой заграничный паспорт и документы, требуемые посольством для оформления визы.
Клиент может получить оформленные документы по туру (авиабилеты, ваучеры, паспорта с визами) на Фирме перед началом тура.
Изменения
Любое изменение бронирования тура должно быть письменно подтверждено Клиентом. Если изменения сделаны позднее чем за 17 дней до начала тура и приводят к отмене уже подтвержденного бронирования, то Клиент оплачивает штраф как при отказе от подтвержденного бронирования, а также вносит доплату за произведение нового бронирования. По заказам, сделанным позднее чем за 17 суток до начала тура, изменения не принимаются.
Отказ от подтвержденного тура
При отказе от подтвержденного тура Фирма возвращает Клиенту стоимость тура за вычетом штрафных санкций, составляющих:

Passports and visas
When booking the tour the Customer submits his (her) foreign passport and the documents required by the embassy for visa.
The Customer can get the issued tour documents (air tickets, vouchers, passports with visas) at the Company office on the eve of the tour beginning.
Alterations
Any alteration of booking terms of the tour is to be confirmed by the Customer in writing. If the alterations have been made later than 17 days before the tour beginning and lead to Cancellation of already confirmed booking, the Customer is to pay the penalty as in the case of cancellation of confirmed booking and also makes additional payment for making of a new booking.
No alterations are accepted on the requests made later than >7 days before the tour beginning.
Cancellation of the confirmed tour
When the confirmed tour has been cancelled the Company returns to the Customer the tour cost minus penalties as follows:
при отказе в срок от 17 до 20 суток до начала тура — 50 % стоимости тура;
при отказе в срок от 10 до 16 суток до начала тура — 60 % стоимости тура;
при отказе в срок менее 72 часов до начала тура — 100 % стоимости тура,
В случае опоздания Клиента на самолет по любым причинам стоимость тура не возвращается, как и в случае несвоевременного отказа от тура.
Обязательства и
ответственность Фирмы
Фирма несет ответственность за правильное бронирование туристских услуг, правильное оформление и предоставление перевозочных документов и документов, подтверждающих бронирование и оплату туристских услуг (ваучеров), составляющих заказанный Клиентом тур. В случае непредоставления заказанных туристских услуг по вине Фирмы Фирма обязуется возместить стоимость недополученных услуг Клиенту, а также связанный с этим ущерб в общем размере не более 150 % стоимости заказанных, но неполученных туристских услуг.
Фирма снимает с себя ответственность, если решением власти или ответственных лиц Клиенту было отказано в возможности полета и/
