Shepherd’s Purse	пастушья сумка обыкновен-ная	Infusions help to stop bleeding from cuts and nose-bleeds. The young leaves can be used in salads.
Field Pansy	фиалка полевая	Is used in treatment of asthma and eczema and some rheumatic conditions.
Common Dandelion [ dandilai n]	Одуванчик	Young leaves are made into vitamin-rich salads and flower-heads are made into dandelion wine.
Evening Primerose	Ослинник	Leaves and stems are used in the treatment of intestinal disorders and as a sedative.
Wild Chicory [t ik ri]	Цикорий	Leaves and roots are used to treat juandice and to stimulate the appetite. The roots can be used as a coffee substitute.
Crown Vetch	Вязель	Its action is similar to that of Foxglove (digitalis). It is poisonous.

Sweet Violet	фиалка пахучая	It is used as a laxative and in the preparation of cough syrup.
Cowberry	Брусника	The leaves are used as a treatment for rheumatism and arthritis.
Bilberry	Черника	Berries are good to eat and extensively used to make jams, jellies and fruit tarts. They are rich in Vitamins B and C when fresh . It is used to treat intestinal disorders.
Lily-of-the-Valley	Ландыш	It is used as effective heart stimulant. The flowers are used in perfumery.
Tormentil	Лапчатка Торментила	It relieves the torture of colic and intestinal inflammation, also of toothache and mouth ulcers. The roots of the plant yield a red dye and were used instead of aok bark as a tanning agent for leather.


