  1. Приведите пример того, что взгляд на организацию как на открытую систему мо­жет повлиять на исследователя, желающего изучить некоторые аспекты поведе­ния людей на работе. Вы можете использовать любые независимые и зависимые переменные.

  2. Каким образом организационный климат влияет на удовлетворенность работой? Ваш ответ должен включать в себя проблемы как оценки, так и определения.

  3. Используя любые две организации по вашему выбору, охарактеризуйте их на осно­вании того, что вам известно об их культуре (например, о девизе, логотипе, рек­ламной политике, зданиях, любой внутренней информации, касающейся их исто­рии, и т. д.).

  4. Руководствуясь рис. 12.2, опишите две коммуникативные связи, участником ко­торых вы являетесь. Не забудьте указать, имеет ли место обратная связь и как она осуществляется.

  5. Дайте свою оценку следующему утверждению: существует определенная опас­ность, что коммуникативные связи в организациях могут стать некой самоцелью, вместо того чтобы служить средством достижения цели.
