§ 93. Вместо формы Future Continuous, которая отсутствует в страда­тельном залоге, употребляется Future'Indefinite:

Come at 5 o’clock. The plan will be Приходите в 5 часов. План будет об- discussed at that time. суждаться в это время.

Вместо Present Perfect Continuous и Past Perfect Continuous, которые также отсутствуют в страдательном залоге, употребляются соответственно Present Perfect и Past Perfect:

The plan has been discussed for two План обсуждается уже два часа, hours.

The plan had been discussed for two План уже обсуждался два часа, ког-

hours when he came. да он пришел.

В этих случаях, однако, вместо страдательных оборотов с глаголом в Fu­ture Indefinite, Present Perfect и Past Perfect обычно употребляются дей­ствительные обороты с глаголом в Future Continuous, Present Perfect Con­tinuous и Past Perfect Continuous или предложение перифразируется. Так, вместо The plan will be discussed at that time говорят: They will be discuss­ing the plan at that time или: The discussion of the plan will be going on at that time, The plan will be under discussion at that time. Вместо The plan has been discussed for two hours говорят: They have been discussing the plan for two hours или: The discussion of the plan has been going on for two hours, The plan has been under discussion for two hours. Вместо The plan had been discussed for two hours when he came говорят: They had been discussing the plan for two hours when he came или: The discussion of the plan had been going on for two hours when he came, The plan had been under discussion for two hours when he came.

Аналогично, вместо The matter has been considered for a very long time. Этот вопрос очень давно рассматривается говорят: They have been considering the matter for a very long time или: The consideration of the mat­ter has been going on for a very long time, The matter has been under consid­eration for a very long time. Вместо The bridge had been built for two months when we came. Мост строился уже два месяца, когда мы приехали го­ворят: They had been building the bridge for two months when we came, The construction of the bridge had been going on for two months when we came, The bridge had been under construction for two months when we came.

Примечание. Следует иметь в виду, что и вместо сказуемого, выраженного Present Continuous и Past Continuous Passive, часто употребляется сказуемое, выраженное сочета­ниями типа to be under discussion обсуждаться, to be under consideration рассматриваться, to be under repair ремонтироваться, to be under control контролиро­ваться и т.п.

Так, вместо The ship is being repaired говорят: The ship is under repair. Вместо The question was being discussed when they came говорят: The question was under discussion when they came и т.д.

§ 94. Как и в действительном залоге, в обстоятельственных придаточ­ных предложениях времени и условия для выражения будущего дей­ствия вместо форм будущего времени употребляются формы настоящего времени (т. 1, стр. 111):

I shall be very glad if your article is published in the newspaper.

The director will sign the documents when they are checked.

After the goods have been examined we shall take them to the ware­house.

Я буду очень рад, если ваша статья будет напечатана в газете.

Директор подпишет документы, ког­да они будут проверены.

После того как товары будут осмот­рены, мы отвезем их на склад.

§ 95. Как и в действительном залоге, употребление времен в придаточ­ном предложении, зависящем от главного с глаголом-сказуемым в про­шедшем времени, подчиняется правилу последовательности времен (т. 1, стр. 152):
